About this role
The Physical Therapist evaluates mobility and motor assets/liabilities for functional performance and provides goal-directed, activity-oriented treatment to promote independence in functional mobility and daily life tasks, collaborating with rehabilitation disciplines, nursing, physicians, and case managers to deliver patient-centered care. Includes comprehensive evaluations, home programs, and patient/family education; requires PHYSICAL THERAPY license in MA, BCLS, and relevant acute care experience.
