Physical Therapist I position at Lexington location of Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, 40-hour day/evening with flexible scheduling (5 eight-hour shifts or 4 ten-hour shifts), providing outpatient physical therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, pelvic health diagnoses, and orthotic fabrication; responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning and intervention, discharge planning, patient care documentation, and professional development within a multidisciplinary team.
