About this role
Care New England is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner to join our established primary care practice in Cranston, Rhode Island. This role offers a collaborative team environment with strong support for professional growth. Key responsibilities include routine and preventive primary care for patients 18 and older, health assessments, chronic disease management, acute care visits, about 32 hours of clinical work plus 8 hours for documentation with rotational telephone call, and approximately 15 patients per day; EPIC is used across the Care New England Health System; collaborative care with access to a network of specialty physicians; eligible for Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF); embedded support includes integrated behavioral health, 1:1 MA support, nurse case managers and community social workers, on-site pharmacy and pharmacy tech, virtual scribe, and RN triage program.
