About this role
Nurse with Hospice, Case Management, or Home Health background; schedules roughly 8-5 with on-call rotation every 10-12 weeks; requires ability to obtain licenses for MO, IL, OK, and WI within 6 months; serves as liaison among patients, physicians, and care team, managing insurance prior authorization, plan benefits, and medical necessity documentation.
