The brief

The Behavioral Health Outpatient Therapist (BHOT) provides clinical expertise to Aquila of Delaware, Inc. Outpatient Program, working with multidisciplinary treatment teams under supervision to deliver person-centered services for adults with substance use and mental health disorders. Responsible for comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, delivery of clinical and supportive services, and collaboration with treatment teams and external providers, using evidence-based practices in accordance with licensure and contractual requirements. Requires at least one year of clinical experience in substance use and/or mental health treatment and a Master’s Degree or a Bachelor’s Degree with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, or human services from an accredited college/university.
