The brief

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused General Dentist to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate is committed to clinical excellence, evidence-based care, and building long-term relationships with patients while contributing to a collaborative and supportive practice environment. The General Dentist is responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to patients while adhering to the highest standards of clinical practice, ethics, professionalism, and patient-centered care; evaluates, diagnoses, and treats a wide range of oral health conditions; develops treatment plans in collaboration with patients; educates patients on preventive oral health practices; and maintains accurate and complete dental records. Performs preventive, restorative, and surgical dental procedures; supports whole-person care by reviewing medical histories and collaborating with medical providers; educates patients regarding oral hygiene and ongoing oral healthcare needs; maintains records; ensures compliance with clinical and safety standards; collaborates with specialists for advanced care when appropriate; contributes to quality improvement; works with a multidisciplinary team.
